Pikes Ibiza - Terms and conditions

These booking conditions together with the other information contained on this website form the basis of your contract with Pikes Ibiza & Restaurante, S.L. for your booking at Pikes Ibiza.  Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. 

1. INTRODUCTION

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully. They apply to all bookings made for  Pikes Ibiza’s Restaurant Venue “Terraces” (Daytime and Evening Terrace Beds , Tables and Event activities) collectively referred to below as the “Restaurant Venue”  and to all members of your party. (Please note that separate T&C’s apply to daytime restaurant reservations made through the OpenTable platform) 

2. EVENTS CALENDAR

2.1 EVENTS PROGRAMME - Pikes Ibiza Restaurant Venue events, as well as other branded events will take place at Pikes Ibiza on selected dates in May, June, July, August, September and October as stated in our events calendar. All event programmes, days and dates are subject to change. Any specific artists or event programmes presented at time of booking are not guaranteed to be the eventual artist or event programme.

2.2 SET TIMES - Set times for events are not announced in advance and are subject to change. Our advice is to always ensure you arrive early to not miss anything scheduled.

2.3 TABLE/BED DEPOSITS

2.3.1 Deposits

As of May 2021 to comply with government regulations on safety and social distancing full table service will be in operation at all events and an advanced table or bed booking is required. We cannot accommodate anyone at this time without an advanced reservation

All customers attending any Pikes events are required to pay a deposit of a minimum €50 per table booked to guarantee access.

The deposit amount paid in advance is deducted from a customers final bill for food and drink purchased at the chosen event only.

Where the value of your bill at the end of the event exceeds the pre-paid deposit, the difference must be paid to the Host before leaving the Restaurant Venue .

Deposit amounts are subject to change per event.

Deposits are non-transferable; meaning the value cannot be allocated to other bookings you may have on other days.

If you do not spend your deposit amount during the hours of the specific event booked, you will not be refunded the difference and the remaining amount cannot be transferred to another booking or event.

If a deposit is not paid for prior to the event, the Restaurant Venue  has the right to refuse entry to the Restaurant Venue .

If you cancel your booking any time once the booking has been made, any deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable (see section 4 below).

You must bring a photo ID and the credit/debit card on which you have paid your deposit if you have booked directly through e-mail.

Event table or bed bookings will remain confirmed regardless of the weather on event day unless otherwise communicated.

The Restaurant Venue  reserves the right to refuse entry and to eject customers from the Restaurant Venue . Any form of verbal or psychical abuse towards employees of Pikes Ibiza or fellow customers will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution. Please see section 5 below for additional information.

2.3.2 EXTRAS

Booking extras and add ons (e.g. drinks packages) are available to add on to your Pikes Nights reservation in advance for an additional charge

The cost of any extras must be paid in full at the time of booking

The cost of any extras paid in advance is at a special promotional price. At the Restaurant Venue  the price for the same items will be higher.

If a Restaurant Venue  extra becomes unavailable we will offer a suitable alternative of your choice when you arrive at your table . 

An optional charity donation (minimum €5) can be added to any booking. 100% of the money donated will be given to our official charity partners Choose Love

2.4 CONFIRMATION AND DELIVERY

Confirmation of your reservation(s) will be despatched to you electronically and to the email address provided at the point of booking.

Always check your confirmation upon receipt and advise us promptly of any errors. Mistakes when ordering cannot always be corrected and any corrections are discretionary.

3. PAYMENTS

3.1 All prices are displayed in the local currency to the location of the customer at the time of booking. Prices displayed in any other currency are indicative only.  Any price presented when selecting any currency other than the local currency are based on an indicative exchange rate. Upon checkout, depending on your payment method and card supplier, you may be given the option to pay in another currency. If you choose to pay in a different currency the final price charged to your account will depend on both the rate of any commissions applied by the card payment provider together with the effect of any differential in the exchange rate applied by your own bank/card provider compared to our indicative rates (at the time of your bank processing the transaction). Your invoice will show the confirmed rate and payments paid in your local currency.

3.2 Payments may be made by any major credit or debit card. We use sophisticated encryption technology to ensure your credit card details are secure. We do not accept laser cards or cash cards.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

4.1 You should always check before attending that a Pikes event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and Restaurant Venue .

4.2 Customers may cancel their reservation anytime up until 24 hours before the event start time by submitting a request on https://www.myeasol.com or by contacting the Pikes team directly on reservations@pikesibiza.com. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. 

4.3 For cancellations made past 24 hours before the event start time any deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.

4.3 If a Pikes event is rescheduled, customers will be given the option of either retaining or exchanging your reservation for a new date/location, or alternatively claiming a refund of the monies paid to date.

4.5 Any refund agreed will be;

Paid to the same payment method used to pay the deposit

Paid within 60 days of the date a refund was agreed between yourself and the Restaurant Venue 

4.6 No refunds will be offered under any circumstances if you fail to comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the Restaurant Venue and/or the event.

4.7 Any Booking, Processing and/or Transaction Fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.

5. AGE RESTRICTION

5.1 All Pikes events & branded events are strictly 25+ unless explicitly stated.

5.2 Any customer who is under age at the time of the event will not be allowed into the Restaurant Venue  and no refund will be issued.

6. ATTENDING AN RESTAURANT / VENUE EVENT

6.1 Attending the Pikes Restaurant Venue:

Customers have to select their own event arrival time for their table on booking. This arrival time is displayed clearly on the confirmation email. Should you not arrive within 45 minutes of your booking time, your table/bed space may be released and your deposit will be lost.

The Restaurant Venue  reserves the right to refuse entry and to eject customers from the Restaurant Venue .

Any form of verbal or psychical abuse towards employees of the Restaurant Venue  or fellow customers will not be tolerated and may result in prosecution.

Admission to an event is at all times subject to any terms, conditions or rules of the Restaurant Venue  operator. If you breach those terms, conditions or rules then the Restaurant Venue  operator may refuse admission or require you or other customers to leave the Restaurant Venue .

Amongst other things you will need to fully comply with all health, safety and COVID-19 rules and any security requirements (including security searches of which there are at least 2 prior to entering the Restaurant Venue  for the safety of all those attending the event).

The Restaurant Venue  has the right to refuse admission or eject you in certain circumstances and these are likely to include if you are involved with abusive, threatening, drunken or other anti-social behaviour, or carry offensive weapons or illegal or prohibited substances or make unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

There will often also be rules restricting or preventing the admission of latecomers depending on the time of arrival and the time the event finishes.

The Restaurant Venue  will highlight any terms, conditions or rules relating to the event of which it is aware and which it considers particularly significant, onerous or unusual. This will generally include age restrictions, ticket types etc

Before you finalise your booking, please read all the information that applies to the event. If you or any member of your party has particular requirements please raise these when booking and we will endeavour to address your query (Contact us: reservations@pikesibiza.com). There can be no guarantee that requirements can be met if notified at the event.

7. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

7.1 If you have a complaint whilst you are attending Pikes for Terrace Beds, Tables , Events activities you must inform the F&B Manager , Concierge or Reception at the hotel immediately in order to give them the chance to resolve the problem. A report form should be completed with a member of the hotel team whilst you are at the event. Any right to compensation may be lost if you fail to do this. If you are not offered a report form please ask to speak with a member of the Management team at the hotel.
