By signing up for our guestlist and entering Pikes Ibiza, you agree to abide by these event terms to keep our spaces as safe and inclusive as possible. Failure to comply with these terms may result in denial of entry or removal from the event premises.
Guestlist
Being on the Pikes guestlist is essential for entry to our events. Each list opens two weeks prior to the event date. There are no waiting lists, we can’t accept walk-ins on the night and there are no secret ways in – no name dropping, no arm-twisting and definitely no bribery! You’ve gotta be quick and decisive!
You can sign-up to be notified by email as soon as a list opens.
If the event listing says it is sold out, that means we’re at capacity and can’t add any more names to the list.
Signing up to the guestlist is free (unless stated) and available only on our website or in some rare cases through the official channels of our event partners/promoters. Please be aware of any other websites or individuals selling access to Pikes Ibiza.
If you are dining in our restaurant you can stay for the event without needing to join the guestlist.
Travel
We ask guests to please refrain from driving to Pikes and use official taxi services. Our parking is strictly limited particularly on busy events.
Door Policy and entry Requirements
Being on the guestlist and having a guestlist pass does not guarantee entry. Entry is always at the discretion of our management / door staff and may be limited by capacity or if our terms of entry are not adhered to. We advise all guests to arrive early to avoid disappointment.
Our event times will vary so please check before attending. For most night events our doors open at 22:00 and close at 04:00. Last entry is at 02:00.
On Sundays doors are open 12:00 – Late.
Late arrivals may be permitted entry at the discretion of venue staff. Re-entry to the venue may be allowed under certain circumstances.
Our management reserves the right to refuse entry and/or eject any person from the venue at any time, for any reason, and without notice particularly if any of the following Pikes Codes are not adhered to:
- You must be over the age of 27
- You appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- You are behaving in a dangerous, inappropriate or abusive manner
- You are wearing sportswear, flip flops, swimwear or glitter (see Dress Code section)
- You are part of a stag, hen, bachelor, or bachelorette party
There are no exceptions to these rules, so please don’t be the person who turns up to try their luck!
Pikes Ibiza and our event partners are not liable for any costs or expenses incurred, including but not limited to travel, if you are denied entry.
Identification
We may require attendees to provide valid identification upon entry. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs such as driver’s licenses, passports, or identity cards.
Dress Code
We don’t have a strict dress code, but we encourage our guests to make an effort with their attire. We do ask that guests adhere to the following guidelines:
- No flip-flops.
- No beachwear.
- No sportswear.
- No glitter.
Security
For the safety and security of all attendees, bag checks and security screening may be conducted at the entrance.
Guests are encouraged to minimize the belongings they bring. Prohibited items such as weapons, illegal substances, outside food or beverages, and large bags may not be permitted inside the venue premises.
Photography and Filming
We understand the importance of capturing memories and moments during our events. To ensure the enjoyment of all guests and respect the performers’ rights, we ask you to follow the below guidelines regarding photography and filming:
Personal Use Photography: Guests are permitted to take personal photographs and videos for non-commercial use using handheld devices such as smartphones. However, to respect our artists and performers we ask that this is kept to a minimum and no flash is used particularly inside the Freddies club room.
Professional Photography and Filming: Professional photography and filming (including the use of DSLR cameras, professional video equipment, and drones) are strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Pikes Ibiza management.
Promotional Content: Any photography or filming intended for promotional or commercial purposes requires prior approval from Pikes Ibiza management.
Consent and Release: By entering Pikes Ibiza, attendees grant permission for their likeness to be captured in photographs and videos for promotional and archival purposes by Pikes Ibiza and authorised event partners.
Code of conduct
We ask all guests to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, performers, and venue staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in ejection from the event. Furthermore, we ask all guests to please respect our neighbours and the land around Pikes, particularly when leaving the venue.
Unreserved seating will be available in most areas of the venue but please note that use of our pool and pool beds are reserved exclusively for hotel guests only.
Pikes Ibiza promotes responsible drinking. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and may be refused service if deemed intoxicated. Pikes Ibiza reserves the right to eject any individual who exhibits disruptive behaviour due to alcohol consumption.
Accessibility
Please be aware that on occasion, certain areas of the venue may be closed to the public due to private events or functions. While we strive to minimise any inconvenience caused by such closures, we cannot guarantee access to all areas of the venue at all times. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in these situations.
Pikes Ibiza is committed to providing accessible facilities for all guests, but we acknowledge that in certain spaces, this can be challenging. Please notify our venue staff in advance if you require any assistance or accommodations, and we will do our best to assist.
Emergency Procedures:
Pikes Ibiza is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all attendees. We adhere to applicable health regulations and provide first aid services if needed. Attendees are encouraged to report any safety concerns to venue staff immediately.
In the event of an emergency, please follow instructions from venue staff and proceed to designated emergency exits.
Liabilities
Pikes Ibiza and our event partners shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises by guests. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as bags, phones, cameras, and other valuables. Guests are encouraged to exercise caution and take appropriate measures to secure their belongings while on the premises.
Guests enter the premises of Pikes Ibiza at their own risk. Pikes Ibiza and our event partners shall not be held liable for any personal injuries sustained by attendees while on the premises. Attendees are advised to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines provided by venue staff at all times.
By attending events at Pikes Ibiza, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pikes Ibiza and its event partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their attendance, including but not limited to breaches of these terms and conditions or misconduct.
Pikes Ibiza reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guets are responsible for reviewing the latest version of the terms and conditions before attending any events at Pikes Ibiza.
